Reach out to us with a few details about the occasion and the recipient and we’ll build a custom gift box(es) that is unique and personable. A: While you are not able to remove a product from a ready to ship gift, you are able to add on to the gift package by choosing one of the items in our Gift More shop. Alternatively, you may find our Custom Gifting program better suited to your needs. Together, we’ll design a completely unique and personalized gift for your recipient.
A: We offer a standard greeting card with each ready to ship gift. You have the choice of upgrading to a custom occasion card (ie: Thank You, Welcome Baby, Congrats or our Signature Gold Foil Pineapple) for an additional cost. To upgrade your card choice make the selection at checkout.
A: Yes, if your order is applicable for local delivery, (Hamilton, Waterdown, Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Grimsby) please indicate at checkout under Notes the day you would like the gift to be delivered.
Local Delivery is $25.00.
If you are shipping your order, we will try our best to accommodate delivery requests, but our couriers only give estimated shipping times.
A: All sales are final, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, please contact us directly if you have an issue with your order.

A: We pride ourselves in supporting small-batch and local products in all gift sets. As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice. In the event a product is out of stock at the time of your order request, we reserve the right to substitute with an equal value product that is as close to the original item as possible. For ready to ship gifts we reserve the right to substitute any item for equal or better value based on availability, etc.
